By downloading or using Yur Art™, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Service scope

Yur Art is provided as an evolving software service. Features, analysis behavior, export options, availability, and content may change over time as the app is improved.

2. Important product discretion disclaimer

SJW Software retains sole discretion to design, develop, rebalance, modify, suspend, or remove app features and systems at any time, with or without notice.

This includes updates that may affect your records, photos, sync behavior, AI suggestions, export formats, or related in-app experiences.

3. AI-assisted analysis

When you use From Photo with OpenAI credits, photos are processed by Yur Art’s analysis service and OpenAI under their terms. Suggested identification, condition, and estimated values are rough estimates for personal or insurance records — they are not certified appraisals. You are responsible for verifying accuracy before relying on them.

4. Your data

Artwork records you create belong to you. You are responsible for maintaining backups and for any data you choose to sync through iCloud or export from the app.

5. User responsibilities

You agree to use Yur Art lawfully and respectfully, and not to misuse the app, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

6. Availability and updates

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, outages, and updates may temporarily impact access or behavior.
